Ceilings flatter than the earth, according to your uncle on Facebook. Level 5 ceilings all through the house (5 other rooms were also done). If you hate your popcorn ceiling, don’t be afraid just pull the trigger and remove that crap!

Yes we sand in between coats of paint. Why? Because we can. Level 5 ceiling almost wrapped up.

Slapping that Sherwin-Williams Duration up. Patched some j channel and a piece of metal so we had to make it all match. If you ever work on an old butler building, hopefully you find someone with the metal laying in the back yard like I did👌

And that’s a wrap for us on this deck project. It’s always a blast working when you have all the trades working together. Munson's Pool & Spa knocked it out of the park with the pool and hopefully we will be able to work with those goofy guys more in the future. PWT for the substructure and capped with all TimberTech PVC decking material and also their express handrail. Kichler Lighting for illumination around the deck

We are at a stand still with the deck build so we decided to give her a bath. We’re waiting on a couple pieces of material to finish our punch list and then hopefully I can get some final shots. I’m super proud of our team on this deck and I’m excited to see everyone once she’s done! Also shout out to for the plaque, this thing is nice.
