HAPPY HALLOWEEN WEEK!! 🍂🤎🎃🕸️🍁

It’s easy to fall into the work slump & miss out on the joy of Halloween! Here are some daily fall activities to get you back into the holiday spirit!

recent life highlights 🤎🍂

There have been a lot of ups and downs in life recently & those downs have really shown me what’s ACTUALLY important. We live in a world that moves fast and everything feels urgent. A world where if you aren’t always adding more to your plate then you are less than. A world where constant chaos is considered “normal”.

Life recently has been teaching, or more so forcing, me slow down and enjoy the little things; the things that are actually important.

Cart Plan Updates! 📝

We spent the weekend finalizing the cart plans & now understand why smoothie carts are so rare! But, we want to keep you updated every step of the way!

We had two plans of action going into the setup of the cart:

Option 1: Prep Ahead, Serve at the Event 🥣
This option would have involved prepping all smoothie bases ahead of time to then serve at the event with customizable toppings! The thought with this was it would allow us to have a much simpler setup. Unfortunately, with us not having a commercial kitchen, this is not allowed in the state of KS!

Option 2: Made-To-Order! 🧋
When first looking into a smoothie cart, this was the original plan & currently is the only possibly for the cart! This option would include making all bases on site.
This is the only cart option, but does require a lot more setup since our prep space would be the cart itself. This means more space is needed for the blenders, cup/ bowl storage, generator, cleaning supplies, sinks, plumbing, electrical, food storage, and so much more!
When sketching out plans, it looks like we would potentially need 2 spaces. 1 for the smoothie making & 1 for cleaning/ storage.

Though this process can be a bit frustrating, we want to make sure we do it right from the start to ensure our future customers have a clean, safe & enjoyable experience!

We are learning so much & as we continue to look into our options, we will be sure to keep you updated!! 😊
