Remember when we said exciting things were coming? 👀

Here’s a pretty big update on one of them!

Gutters may be our specialty, but years in the construction industry have given us relationships with some pretty great crews — and when a homeowner comes to me looking for people they can trust, I’m always happy to help make the right connections and get the job done.

This property has already gotten a new monument sign and new fencing, completed by separate crews — and we’re not finished yet! There are several more projects underway that I can’t wait to share as everything comes together.

So while you’ll usually see gutters on this page, don’t be afraid to ask about something else. If I have the right crew and the right relationship to get it done, I’ll help.

Gutters are our specialty. Our roots are our everything. 🌱

Strong roots. Good people. Quality gutters.

Quick Downflow Gutter Co. update! ☀️

I’ll have limited availability from Saturday through Thursday while I’m away on my honeymoon and will be back to regular communication on Friday.

Our crews and scheduled projects are still moving forward as planned, so this will not affect any work already on the schedule. I may just be a little slower than usual responding to calls, messages, and estimate requests.

Thank you so much for your patience and for keeping us so busy! 🤍

It has been a busy season for Downflow Gutter Co., and our crews have been putting in some seriously long days to keep everything moving!

Between the heat, packed schedules, and working well into the evening, they continue to show up, work hard, and keep a great attitude through it all.

One of the best parts of what we do is watching a customer’s idea go from a conversation to a finished project. We love seeing creative visions come to life and being part of making each property feel more complete.

We’re incredibly grateful for our crews, our customers, and everyone who continues to trust Downflow Gutter Co. with their projects!

My great-aunt recently shared an experience that got me thinking:

Not all subcontractors are strangers.

At Downflow Gutter Co., our installation crews are subcontractors—but they are not random people we find when a job comes up.

We have worked with each of our crews for a minimum of five years. Before your project begins, we know exactly which crew will be completing the work, and we make you aware of the crew leader’s name. I also personally show up at every job to review the scope, answer questions, and make sure everything is completed properly.

Using subcontractors is common in the construction industry. What matters is whether the company has properly vetted them, has an established relationship with them, and remains accountable for the work from beginning to end.

When you hire Downflow, you are not being passed off to an unknown crew. You are hiring a company that stands behind the people we send to your property and the work they perform.

Strong roots. Good people. Quality work!

We can’t wait to show you the progress, the behind-the-scenes work, and the finished results as each project comes together.

Stay tuned—there’s a lot ahead for Downflow Gutter Co. LLC!

Your gutters might be trying to tell you something. 👀

If you notice any of these, don’t ignore them:

💧 Water pouring over the edge during rain
🍂 Gutters pulling away from the house
🏡 Water pooling around your foundation
🪵 Peeling paint or rotting fascia boards
🌱 Plants growing where they definitely shouldn’t be

These little warning signs can turn into expensive repairs if they’re left alone.

At Downflow Gutter Co., we’d rather help you fix a small problem now than a big one later.

If you’ve noticed any of these around your home, send us a message. We’d be happy to take a look and give you an honest recommendation. 💙
