BOOKKEEPER / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
WB Farm & Ranch Supply - Gonzales, TX

WB Farm & Ranch Supply is seeking an experienced, dependable and highly organized Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to join our team.
Applicants should have bookkeeping experience and strong working knowledge of QuickBooks. Responsibilities include accounts payable and receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, balancing daily reports, customer payments and adjustments, monthly statements, employee records, and general office administration. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch break.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, trustworthy, organized, dependable and able to learn new systems and procedures quickly. Experience with payroll, bank reconciliations and day-to-day bookkeeping is strongly preferred. This is a full-time position. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
