Sneak peek: our new RO System!

We've been building something new, a reverse osmosis system built the same way we build our evaporators, laser cut and CNC formed from thick American steel.

Cuts your boiling time in half, uses half the wood, and lets you run twice the taps without a bigger evaporator.

This is the raw steel frame mid-build, final units ship in matte black powder coat. Full drop coming in a couple weeks with the finished product. Pre-orders are open now, link in bio.

“I upgraded from a homemade cement block fire box with a large pan with no drain. I had used this for several years. My new Bassett evaporator is so much easier and efficient. I tap around 20 trees a year and get around 3 gallons of finished syrup. My old setup also scorched the syrup near the top of the pan. Not any more. This setup is slick and perfect for the hobbyist.”
