Kuiper Tree Care

A great night out with the KTC crew!

We recently traded the trees and equipment for a night at the ballpark with the team and our families. It was a great chance to spend some time together outside of work, enjoy a Whitecaps game, and have a little fun as a group.

We are incredibly thankful for the people who make up Kuiper Tree Care and for the families who support them behind the scenes. A good team is about a lot more than what happens on the job site, and nights like this are a good reminder of that.

Thanks to the West Michigan Whitecaps for a great night!

Safety takes practice!

Recently, our team spent some hands on training time reviewing aerial lift safety and emergency rescue procedures. Keenan Lyon walked the crew through safe practices around both our bucket truck and tracked lift, followed by rescue scenarios where the guys practiced safely getting an “injured” operator out of the basket.

We hope we never have to use these skills in a real emergency, but if that day comes, we want our team prepared.

Training like this is part of our commitment to working safely, looking out for each other, and continuing to raise the standard at Kuiper Tree Care!

At Kuiper Tree Care, we believe the best way to serve our customers is to keep learning.

Recently, Caleb attended an Oak Wilt Certification seminar to expand his knowledge of one of the most serious diseases affecting oak trees. After earning his certification, he shared what he learned with our entire team over breakfast so we can all continue growing together.

Investing in education helps us make better recommendations, provide better care, and stay up to date with the latest industry best practices.

We’re proud of Caleb for taking the initiative, and we’re committed to continuing to invest in our team so we can better care for your trees.

Have questions about oak wilt? We’d be happy to help!
