This past week, Errin traveled to Texas to attend the Women’s Summit, and here’s what she had to say about the experience.
“It was truly inspiring. Women from across the pool and spa industry came together to learn, connect, grow, and encourage one another. The experience went far beyond motivation—it created a space where stories could be shared, confidence was built, leadership skills were taught, and you left feeling empowered to make a greater impact.
What stood out most was the support and encouragement between women. Different companies, different roles, and different experiences came together with one common goal: helping each other become better leaders and stronger individuals.
It was a reminder that when you lift each other up, the impact reaches far beyond the event.
I left feeling inspired, energized, and reminded that I can make an impact—not only in my career at Acme, but in my personal life as well.”
