A little curb appeal goes a long way, and it’s not just about looks — quality siding is protecting the home underneath it too.

Good siding is your home’s first line of defense against the weather up here: rain, snow, sun exposure. When it’s failing or outdated, moisture can work its way behind it. That causes damage you won’t see until it’s a real problem: warped panels, rot, even issues with insulation and energy efficiency.

We use James Hardie Building Products siding, installed the way it should be. Not just something nice to look at — materials that actually hold up.

Those shimmers you’re seeing on your roof aren’t sparkles ✨ It’s your shingles losing their grip.

As composition shingles dry out, they lose the oils that keep them flexible. Granules start washing off too, that gritty buildup you’ll notice in your gutters or at the base of your downspouts. Moss loves to move into that weakened surface, especially in shaded spots, holding moisture against the shingle and speeding everything up.

It’s not just cosmetic. In summer, that combination of dried-out shingles and moss becomes a fire risk too.

It’s part of why we use shingles with copper and zinc granules built in, they’re designed to resist that kind of moss and algae growth over time.
