🏠 Another Roof Replacement Completed! 🔨

We started and finished this 26-square roof replacement on Saturday, giving this multi family property a fresh new roof built to last.

We installed CertainTeed Landmark Pro architectural shingles in Weathered Wood, along with new underlayment and all the necessary roofing components. We also replaced a substantial amount of deteriorated roof sheathing that we uncovered during the tear-off.

As always, our goal is simple:

✅ Quality materials
✅ Quality workmanship
✅ Properly addressing what’s underneath the old roof
✅ Clean jobsite when we’re finished

We don’t just cover up problems — we take care of them the right way so our customers can have confidence in the finished product.

🏡 COMING SOON TO GREENE! 🏡

We’re excited to share a sneak peek of this 4-bedroom home in Greene that we’ll be finishing up soon and bringing to market!

As usual, quality craftsmanship will go into every inch of this home, with brand-new EVERYTHING throughout. From the kitchen and bathrooms to the flooring, trim, finishes, and everything in between, this home is getting a complete overhaul.

Our goal with these homes is simple: take an existing house and completely transform it into the closest thing to brand new as possible, while keeping the sale price as affordable as we can.

We want to create homes that families are proud to call their own—homes where they can settle in, raise their families, and make lifelong memories. ❤️

And when this home is finished, we’re not stopping! We have another home in Sabattus that will be receiving the same attention to detail and complete transformation. We’re just as excited about that one and can’t wait to show you what we have planned.

We can’t wait to share the real photos once the work is complete, but for now, here are a few visual representations of what this home will look like when finished.

Stay tuned… there’s a lot more to come! 🔨🏡

🏡 Another Deck Transformation by Remodel It!

What a difference a new deck surface can make! 👏

We did this quick deck project today for some repeat customers, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

The existing pressure-treated decking was only about 6 years old, but it had already weathered and deteriorated significantly. We removed and disposed of the old boards and replaced them with beautiful, low-maintenance composite decking.

This installation features:

✅ Composite decking for long-lasting durability
✅ Hidden fastener system for a clean, screw-free appearance
✅ Picture-frame border for a finished, professional look
✅ No exposed raw deck-board edges
✅ Clean, crisp finished details throughout

And as always, every Remodel It deck gets our complimentary final hose-down before we pull out of the driveway. 😉 Nothing like leaving the job looking fresh and clean!

A BIG thank you to these repeat customers for trusting us with another project. We truly appreciate you having us back!

Thinking about replacing that old, weathered deck? Give Remodel It a call!

🏡 Another Deck Project Complete! 🛠️

Another beautiful deck is officially wrapped up! 🎉

We want to take a moment to thank this wonderful family for giving us the opportunity to build them a deck that we hope will become a place where countless memories are made for many years to come.

One of the best parts of this project happened this morning. As we were putting on the finishing touches and packing up our tools, we looked over and saw the family sitting out here enjoying breakfast together on their new deck.

That moment honestly brought me so much joy. ❤️

After all the planning, measuring, cutting, building and finishing touches, seeing a family actually enjoying something we built for them is the perfect reminder of why I love what I do.

We don’t just build decks — we build spaces where families can gather, relax, laugh, enjoy meals, make memories and enjoy their home.

And perhaps one of the greatest parts of this business is the relationships that come along with it. I am truly grateful to have gained yet another friendship through this project. So many of the customers we’ve had the privilege of working with have become more than just customers — they’ve become lasting friendships that I genuinely cherish.

Thank you again for trusting Remodel It LLC with your project. We truly appreciate the opportunity, the friendship, and the confidence you placed in us to build this for your family.

We hope you enjoy this beautiful deck for many, many years to come! ❤️

✅✅✅

The black composite railings are now installed, along with a gate that provides convenient access to the homeowners’ future pool. Both staircases are completed, and everything is really starting to come together.

We’ve got just one more day left to install the black lattice and finish the black PVC trim work, and this project will be officially complete.

We take pride in building outdoor spaces that are as durable as they are beautiful, and we’re looking forward to sharing the finished results.

🌧️ Rain or shine, the work keeps moving! 🔨

Today’s weather may have kept us off the deck, but it didn’t slow us down. We spent part of the day under cover in the garage building all of the stair stringers for this deck project so we’re ready to hit the ground running as soon as the skies clear.

A little rain won’t stop progress—sometimes it’s just an opportunity to get ahead on the next step. The show must go on! 💪

Stay tuned as this project continues to come together!

⚒️ From Tile Trouble to a Fresh New Look! 🏡

Sometimes Mother Nature changes the schedule, so with questionable weather yesterday, we put our deck project on hold and shifted gears to tackle this flooring renovation.

This home had seen better days. The kitchen ceramic tile had numerous cracks caused by an uneven subfloor, and there was a noticeable height difference between the kitchen and the adjoining living room and hallway.

To create one seamless floor throughout, we installed 1/4” plywood underlayment to bring everything to the same elevation before installing this beautiful new Pergo flooring. The transformation completely modernized the space and will be a huge selling point as the homeowners prepare to put their home on the market.

A special shoutout to the homeowners, who jumped in and helped by removing the old ceramic tile and tackling the stubborn thinset before we arrived. Teamwork like that always helps keep a project moving!

Today it’s back to the deck project as we continue making progress there. Stay tuned for more updates!

We’re baacckkkkk! 😎🔨

This beautiful bathroom never gets old! We stopped back to wrap up the final details by installing this stunning barn door and putting the finishing touches on the gorgeous custom vanity—and we couldn’t be happier with how it all came together.

From the patterned tile floors and custom tiled walk-in shower to the warm wood vanity, vessel sink, and now the barn door, every detail was carefully selected to create a space that’s both modern and timeless.

It’s always rewarding to come back and see a project that just looks so gorgeous. Thank you Diane and Randy for trusting Remodel It LLC with your vision! We can’t wait to tackle your next projects, they will be amazing!
