Navy cabinetry might be the boldest kitchen choice we're seeing right now. 💙

This modern kitchen pairs deep blue cabinets with a sleek stainless steel refrigerator, and the bright hallway pulls your eye straight through to a comfortable living space. It's a great example of how a home remodeling contractor thinks beyond one room, because the best renovations make every space flow into the next. Two Stories Building Co. takes on kitchens and full-home projects as a general contractor throughout Southold and Orient, and we love when a homeowner isn't afraid of a little color.

As a renovation contractor, we've found that kitchens set the tone for the whole house. Bold cabinetry, smart appliance placement, and open sightlines turn a room you cook in into a room you live in.

• Kitchen updates with custom cabinetry and modern finishes
• Bathroom remodeling contractor services with the same attention to detail
• Window installation contractor and door installation contractor work to brighten hallways and entries
• Home addition contractor and custom home builder services for bigger visions

With autumn settling in on the North Fork, now is the season to get your renovation on the calendar before the new year. Send Two Stories Building Co. a message and let's start planning your kitchen.

Open floor plans live or die by the details. 🛋️

A bright living room flowing into the kitchen only works when the layout, window placement, and finishes are planned together from the start. Natural light does a lot of heavy lifting in a space like this, and that kind of brightness doesn't happen by accident. Two Stories Building Co. works as a general contractor on open-concept homes across the North Fork, including projects in Mattituck and Cutchogue, and rooms like this are exactly why good planning matters.

As a home remodeling contractor, we help homeowners open up closed-off layouts, improve sightlines between living spaces, and bring in more daylight. And when the project calls for it, our renovation contractor team handles everything from structural changes to the finishing touches.

👉 Window installation contractor services to maximize natural light
👉 Home addition contractor work when your layout needs more room
👉 Custom home builder expertise for new builds with open designs
👉 Deck builder services to extend your living space outdoors

Fall on the North Fork is a great time to get a remodeling plan in motion before winter sets in. If your home's layout isn't working the way it should, reach out to Two Stories Building Co. and let's talk through the possibilities.

Some kitchens just get it right. ✨

This Greenport space pairs white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances with warm wood tones, a central island built for gathering, and sliding glass doors that let the light pour in. Two Stories Building Co. works as a general contractor on kitchens and full home projects across the North Fork, and this one shows what happens when layout, materials, and natural light are all considered together.

As a home remodeling contractor, we see a lot of kitchens that feel closed off from the rest of the house. Opening things up with an island, better flow to the outdoors, and the right window placement changes how a family actually uses the space.

• Kitchen renovations designed around light and flow
• Bathroom remodeling contractor services that carry the same quality through your home
• Window installation contractor and door installation contractor work to connect indoor and outdoor living
• Home addition contractor services when your footprint needs to grow
• Custom home builder expertise for ground-up projects

Great projects don't happen by accident. 🔨

The hardest-working room in the house deserves better. 👕

As a home remodeling contractor, Two Stories Building Co. builds laundry rooms and utility spaces that work as hard as you do.

Homeowners in Greenport and around the North Fork often overlook these spaces during renovations, but they make a big difference in daily life. A good renovation contractor can rework the layout, add cabinetry, and upgrade the finishes without turning your whole house upside down.

✔ Home remodeling contractor services for laundry and utility rooms
✔ Custom cabinetry and countertop installation
✔ Window installation contractor upgrades for better natural light
✔ Door installation contractor work to complete the space
✔ Bathroom remodeling contractor and home addition contractor services when you're ready for more

First impressions start at the driveway. 🌲

A horizontal panel wood fence like this one does more than mark a property line. It frames the whole approach to your home, adds privacy, and gives a modern house that clean, finished look that fits right into a wooded setting. As a general contractor, Two Stories Building Co. handles exterior projects like fencing, driveways, and entryways with the same care we bring to full renovations.

Homeowners in Cutchogue and along the North Fork know that curb appeal matters, especially on properties tucked back from the road. A skilled renovation contractor can tie outdoor upgrades into bigger plans, whether that's a home addition contractor expanding your footprint or a deck builder creating more outdoor living space.

• Custom fencing and exterior carpentry
• Deck builder services for outdoor living
• Door installation contractor upgrades for entryways
• Home remodeling contractor planning from outside in

Early fall is a smart time to schedule exterior work while the weather still cooperates. Reach out to Two Stories Building Co. to start planning your project.
