Due to a leak the cabinet was rotting and moldy. Removing the rot, replacing the bottom base of this cabinet including new framework, hot and cold water valves, and sink/faucet, made this like new!

This deck was built a year ago (not by me 🙈) using nails…as you can see they rusted and pulled out. Replaced 800+ nails with the proper screws for decking. Going with the cheaper option doesn’t pay in the long run!

I worked for Jim, a veteran, and his wife Catherine today, taking care of a long list of home projects. I greatly appreciate his service to our Country and discounted my services as a small token of appreciation.

This my friends is what causes dryer fires! Get your dryer vent cleaned or replaced! It’s out of sight out of mind until you have a real problem! I changed this one out thankfully before it created a disaster.

Taylor usually works behind the scenes, scheduling and keeping me on track.. but this week she came out and helped me build this deck! She worked so hard, running the saw and picking up what I needed to get this done. I’m proud of what we accomplished, the before and after tells the story. I’m proud of the hard worker Taylor is and I’m thankful she was able to be on site this week.
