We’re excited to introduce two of the newest additions to the Equip Studio team: Leo Fleming and Elizabeth Edwards!
Leo started her career in accounting and administration before returning to school in 2023 to pursue her BFA in Interior Design at Converse and Masters of Architecture at Clemson University. She is passionate about crafting functional, intentional spaces that genuinely support the people who use them. Outside the office, you’ll find Leo spending quality time with her family and pets.
Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design at Anderson University. She thrives on tackling the unique creative challenges each new project brings and loves using her skills to serve others. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, staying active, and spending time with her family and friends.
Welcome to the team ladies!

Here it is: months of hard work finally revealed!

When we moved into our new office, we wanted to create a moment that memorialized 12 years of cultural artifacts in a bold and exciting way. Partnering with Jesse and Carissa Victory Garden Studio is exactly what we needed. They creatively took the story of Equip and brought it to life in a beautiful custom mural that is 13' tall by 33' long. Photos and videos can only do so much, so be sure to drop by the new office and let us tell you about some of the special stories that inspired this artwork.

Our culture team had the opportunity to attend the recording of The Growth Project's live 400th episode yesterday. The way these gentlemen are paving the way for businesses worldwide to curate and improve healthy culture is such an encouragement to us. If you haven't already, check out the Growth Project!

Thanks for the invite, AMPLOS!

We said farewell to our standout Summer interns last week. Both Mia and Elizabeth are off to Italy for a semester abroad with the Richard A. McMahan School of Architecture at Clemson University before wrapping up their senior year in the Spring. It's always a treat hosting young designers for the Summer, and these ladies were certainly impressive. We're wishing them the best of luck on their path to become architects!

Clear direction meets community connection. ✨

We partnered with Crossway Church in Virginia Beach to transform their campus into an intuitive, light-filled space built for fellowship. The new expansion solves complex navigation challenges by drawing the guest to the new entrances as they approach the building. Once inside, the central theme of "connection" is felt. From the main hub to the family lobby, horizontal connection and guest experience is prioritized. The quiet prayer room located at the base of the naturally-lit cross tower creates space for reflection and vertical connection.

From the high windows to the fully refreshed children’s ministry environments, this design is all about opening doors and and welcoming in the surrounding community.

We’re celebrating our new office space with an Equip brand palette inspired mocktail. We started with a dose of Sprite (Family Centricity), topped with the Spark of blue curacao syrup, Generously chilled with ice, and topped with homemade mango syrup (High Value). We grabbed our drinks and headed up to our new rooftop terrace for a mid-day break!

The start of a new era means the end of another. Our crew felt bittersweet (but mostly sweet) saying goodbye to a space that hosted thousands of fantastic memories, moments of creativity & collaboration, tears (mostly joy), and way too many cups of coffee consumed. But the energy in our NEW HOME this week has been undeniable! Bring on the next decade of new memories!
