🚨 What’s hiding behind your siding?
We started this project expecting to replace the siding on this home. Once we began opening things up, we discovered a much bigger issue — the windows were leaking badly and water had been getting behind the siding for some time.
As you can see, the damage went well beyond the exterior surface. Rotten sheathing, deteriorated framing, and moisture damage were all present around the windows.
Rather than simply covering the problem back up, we’re addressing the source of the issue properly. We’ll be replacing the leaking windows and then installing new board & batten siding, new soffit, and new fascia to give this home a fresh look and, more importantly, a properly protected exterior.
