A few weeks ago we fixed this cattle shed wall. A storm blew the wall out due to rotten posts. We dug holes beside the existing poles and installed new poles. After poles were set, the building was lifted and the wall was set back in.

Progress continues on this custom home build! Once electrical/HVAC/plumbing subs wrapped up, spray foam was completed! Shortly after foam, we came in and hung all the sheetrock. Once sheetrock starts flying, the interior starts taking shape. The sheetrock finisher is underway this week on the project already! Next up......cabinets/flooring/trim!!

I realized I haven't posted any updates on this custom home build! Last fall we built the floor system to close the basement up. Late spring of this year we started framing the house! As we wait for electrical/plumbing/HVAC to be wrapped up, we're installing the siding. Here's a few pictures of the different stages of the build!

We ended the week off strong! With the challenging rainy week, we put exterior projects on hold and moved indoors. We had a couple sites running simultaneously this week to cover more projects! Everyone on the crews knocked it out on efficiency and attention to detail!

First couple pictures is some of the detail work going into a gas station replica. Not only did we hang sheetrock inside, we are also now starting to install wainscoting and trim! On the exterior we wrapped framing in a PVC trim product to spruce it up! I'll post more on this project as we come to a close on it!

We also had a crew running ceiling steel on a shouse this week! They started hanging poly Wednesday to prepare for steel delivery Thursday. We were able to get the 50x67 shop ceiling completed this week before the holiday!

The crew had a great week! Now to enjoy the Fourth!

A few weeks ago we hung all of the sheetrock on a shouse build! The project is ready for sheetrock finishers to begin, then we'll be back to install cabinets/doors/trim! We've been busy on multiple other projects this summer, so I'll try my best to post more frequently on project updates!

This past week we replaced a small deck with a more usable, covered porch! The old deck was in need of replacement, so the owners opted to have a covered porch built in its place. We made the seating area more spacious and added walls and a roof to achieve the ability to heat and use this space year round! We are currently waiting for windows to come in, then we'll get it fully enclosed and finished.
