From a damaged deck to a new outdoor living space.

This project started with a problem.

The homeowners had a hot tub installed on their existing deck. During the winter, while filling the tub, the deck failed under the weight and the homeowners were left needing a better solution.

Rather than simply rebuilding the deck, we worked with the homeowners to create something that would give them a dedicated space for the hot tub while also creating a functional, family-friendly outdoor living area.

We built approximately 425 sq. ft. of stamped concrete patio, including:

• Stamped concrete patio
• Dedicated hot tub area
• Custom fire pit area
• New landing and staircase from the 3-season room
• Complete site preparation and finish work

The end result is a space that’s not only stronger and more practical, but gives the family a whole new area to enjoy.
