Attention Realtors and Homeowners Actively listing your properties on the market!

🏠 THE INSPECTION REPORT IS IN. NOW THE CLOCK IS TICKING.

When a property is being prepared for market or already under contract, you don’t need to coordinate a list of different contractors just to get the work completed.

R&R Home Services provides professional property repair and preparation services built around the real-estate transaction.

We work with Realtors, sellers and buyers throughout North & Central Louisiana to efficiently handle:

• Pre-listing repairs & property preparation
• Inspection report repairs
• Under-contract repair lists
• Drywall, paint, trim & carpentry
• Flooring & interior repairs
• Exterior repairs & deferred maintenance
• Code-related corrective work
• Multi-trade repair coordination

Our job isn’t just to complete repairs. It’s to help keep the transaction moving.

We review the repair scope, identify applicable requirements, coordinate the work, communicate progress, and document completed repairs—so agents aren’t spending their time chasing multiple contractors.

One point of contact. Professional ex*****on. Clear communication. Closing deadlines taken seriously.

Have a property that needs to be Market Ready or Closing Ready?

📩 Send R&R Home Services the inspection report or repair list and let us take it from there.

The glass knee wall really opens it up. I know they will enjoy it for years to come and I am thankful I got the opportunity to work with such great people!

Is your kitchen starting to feel... off?
Here are 3 clear signs it might be time for an upgrade:

✅ Outdated design – Styles change, and your kitchen should too.
✅ Lack of functionality – Struggling with space, storage, or layout?
✅ Worn-out surfaces – If cabinets, counters, or floors are looking tired, it’s time.

A kitchen remodel doesn’t just refresh your home — it adds comfort, value, and joy to your everyday life.
