Porch Roof Extension Progress 🛠️

We recently wrapped up work on this customer’s deck, and now we’re back at it with the next project! This time, we’re extending the covered porch a little farther to give them even more protection from the elements.

The roof framing is coming together, with the roof purlins in place and ready for the metal roofing installation. One step closer to bringing this extended covered space to life!

🚿 Out with the old!

This bathroom has officially been stripped down and cleared out! The tub, vanity, toilet, lights, exhaust fan, and everything hanging on the walls have been removed. Now we’re ready for the next steps, including installing a new tub and toilet and patching up the Sheetrock.

A clean slate means we’re one step closer to bringing this bathroom back together! Stay tuned for what’s next. 👀

Upstairs Loft Addition — Sheetrock Finish Complete 🔨

This upstairs loft addition just hit another milestone! The Sheetrock finishing work is completely finished, and this space is officially primer and paint ready. 🎨

Our subcontractor, Solid Edge Ventures, knocked out the finish work and took these walls from raw Sheetrock to a smooth, finished surface ready for the next stage.

The room is really starting to come together — primer and paint are next! 👀

This homeowner chose composite decking for the top floor of their riverfront deck, and the difference is already looking incredible.

The new decking gives this upper level a clean, finished look while creating a whole new space to enjoy the view from the back porch and down toward the water. From the open deck overlooking the river to the covered sitting area, this is turning into one heck of a backyard setup. 👀

The roof structure is fully complete, including tying the garage and house together into one cohesive roofline and getting everything prepped and ready for the next big step — shingles! 🏠
