Your home has its own character... let the holiday lights bring it out! ✨

Instead of tracing every inch of the roofline, a thoughtful lighting design can highlight the details that make your property special: an arched entry, columns, gables, wrought iron, or even a palm or mature tree. The right clipped or wrapped technique keeps each feature neat and proportional, so your home’s architecture does the talking.

The best holiday displays work WITH your home, not against it. Martinez Handyman Services can help accent those details with a clean, carefully planned installation.

When the season’s over, a little care now can save your lights, and your roofline, next year,,, 🎄

Take lights down gently to avoid pulling on gutters, siding, or trim. Before storing, check each strand for frayed wires or damaged bulbs, then coil it neatly instead of stuffing it in a box. Keep plugs and connections protected, and use labeled, weather-safe containers for lights and décor.

A careful takedown and organized storage help protect your property and your lighting investment... and make next season’s setup a whole lot easier.

Need a hand with post-season removal and storage prep? Martinez Handyman Services is here to help homeowners and business owners. Call Ron at 702-343-5331 or visit martinezhandyman.com.

One installation... lighting for every season.

Permanent exterior lighting gives your home a clean, finished look year-round. Use it for everyday accent lighting and added visibility, then reprogram or re-theme it for the holidays, no annual ladder climbing, reinstalling, or storing strings of lights.

BEFORE ➡️ AFTER... Same home. Completely different feeling after dark.

This residential lighting transformation shows what a professional exterior lighting upgrade can do. The architecture feels more defined, the entry feels more welcoming, and the whole property has a finished evening look... without changing the home itself.

For homeowners, it’s a results-first way to elevate evening curb appeal. Property managers and small business owners can create that same polished, welcoming impression for the properties they care for.
