Part 3 of our Falls Church City move-in! Bella & Jen kept busy getting this turn-key condo ready for our client. Next up, green blankets to bring some color to the beds.

When we say full-service, we mean it. 🛠️ Our own Bella rolled up her sleeves to put together this king-size bed for our clients in Falls Church City. From design concept to the final bolt, we’re with you every step of the way.

Move-in has officially begun! 📦✨

Our client commutes from out of state to Falls Church City every week for work. He wanted a turn-key solution, so we’re furnishing his 2-bedroom condo from top to bottom and getting everything ready before his move-in day. All he has to do is walk in and feel at home.

Today was a light delivery day. We assembled furniture on site (and made a very impressive pile of boxes 😅).

Same room, whole new feel.

This Herndon living room had good bones, but it was ready for a refresh. Watch as our team turns it into a space that feels brighter and more polished.

🔨 We installed and painted a custom paneled feature wall that gives the whole room architectural character (we’re a little obsessed 😍).
💡 We swapped the ceiling fan for a stunning statement chandelier.
🛋️ We brought in all-new furnishings: a blue sofa, a cognac leather ottoman/coffee table, a carved console table and accent chairs.

And we’re not done yet! A new accent rug and window treatments are on the way to finish the look. Stay tuned for the final reveal 👀

Installing tile and selecting the grout color for our Reston kitchen renovation. It’s looking good!

Our Reston, VA kitchen renovation is officially complete, and the transformation is pretty remarkable. We combined the existing kitchen and eat-in area into a 320 SF open space, creating a more functional layout with plenty of room for cooking, gathering, and everyday life.

Some of the key updates:
• A completely new custom kitchen layout with 24 new cabinets
• An 8’ island that anchors the new space and provides additional workspace and storage
• New countertops and backsplash
• Removal of two pocket doors and a non-load-bearing wall to open up the kitchen and improve the flow between spaces
• Enlarged kitchen opening for a more connected feel
• Existing hardwood flooring patched, sanded, stained, and refinished throughout
• New kitchen and dining windows and patio door, keeping the original sizes while giving the space a fresh, updated look

The sink, ovens, and electric cooktop remained in their original locations, allowing us to completely rethink the surrounding space while maintaining the home’s existing infrastructure.

Our Alexandria bath remodel is now complete! Tub to tile shower conversion is complete featuring a floating bench, grab bar, shower niche, and glass door. All new tile flooring and vanity too. We think it turned out beautifully!
