Here’s another bathroom project we completed a while ago!
We added a dividing wall with a pocket door to create better privacy and separation, installed a new double vanity, updated the flooring, added a new exhaust fan and lighting, and finished everything with a fresh coat of paint.
The pocket door was a great touch — it keeps the space feeling open while giving the toilet and bath area its own private zone. Much more functional and organized for a busy household.

Sometimes a leak doesn’t mean you need a whole new roof.

We helped a homeowner who had 3 other contractors tell them their roof was 30 years old and needed to be fully replaced — or that they could only buy these beautiful shingles by the skid.

After our inspection, we found the 50-year shingles were still in great shape. We repaired the leak properly, and replaced section of shingles as needed. No unnecessary full roof replacement required.
