Some rooms just never feel right. Too hot in summer, too cold in winter, and no amount of thermostat adjusting fixes it. That's where a mini-split system shines. ❄️

Cold nights are settling in around Louisville, and this is the week a lot of furnaces get switched on for the first time in months. 🔥

When a system like this one in a basement sits idle all summer, dust builds up on the burners, wiring connections loosen, and duct joints start to leak. That first startup is when hidden problems show up. Our veteran-operated team handles furnace repair and full HVAC service for homes and businesses across the Louisville area, and we always look at the whole system, not just the one obvious issue.

A mid-fall furnace checkup covers:
🔧 Burner and heat exchanger inspection
🔧 Wiring, coils, and safety controls
🔧 Ductwork leaks that waste heat
🔧 Thermostat calibration for the season

If your furnace struggles to start, cycles on and off, or blows cool air, don't wait for a breakdown on the coldest night of the year. We give honest recommendations, and when a simple furnace repair will do the job, we won't push a replacement you don't need.

And if your air conditioning had a rough summer, we can take care of AC repair and winterizing during the same visit so your system is set for spring.

A walk-in cooler that's struggling doesn't always announce itself. Sometimes it's just a gauge reading a few degrees off or a door seal that's seen better days. 🧊

For restaurants, markets, and commercial kitchens across Louisville and Shepherdsville, commercial refrigeration problems can mean lost product and lost revenue. Our veteran-operated team handles refrigeration diagnostics and repairs alongside the full range of HVAC services your business depends on, from air conditioning to furnace repair as the colder months move in.

What we check on a service visit:
✔ Temperature accuracy and gauge readings
✔ Door seals, locks, and insulation
✔ Compressor and refrigerant performance

Fall is also the right time to think about your heating side. While we keep your refrigeration running cold, we can make sure your furnace is ready to keep the rest of your building warm through winter.

If your walk-in is running warmer than it should, or your furnace hasn't had a look yet this season, reach out to UR Best HVAC and request a free estimate through our website today. 🔧
