We did a quick hitter for a customer. Custom bar set up with new outlets, mini fridge and butcher block counter tops. When the customer saw the offset drawer colors when I was installing the pulls, she said no way. Leave the drawers plain. So we matched them to the counter top. This is gorgeous!!

We just returned from a shower stall estimate. We quoted no more than $7000.00, including all materials. The homeowners were relieved. The last quote they received was $19000.00, if they signed that day. Please don't be pressured by financing options or prices that are dropped substantially if you sign that day. Do your due diligence. Don't fall victim to overpriced contractors.

We started this complete rehab this week. This is an old hunting cabin kit with a raised rancher added years later. This will have cathedral ceilings, a full bath, laundry room and an office space when we're done. Unfortunately the floors were not savable.

I'm looking for an outdoor parking spot for two small trailers. They both fit into a 10' x 20' spot. The closer to Honey Brook Borough the better. Thank you.

I forgot to post this bathroom remodel we finished last month. This one was challenging. This 100 year old house in Phoenixville had some questionable construction techniques used đŸ˜‚, like water lines cut into v grooves just below the subfloor. It ended up beautiful, at a a fraction of the cost of other contractors.

We finished this basement up for our customer by placing the cabinets and countertop, installing the vanity and trimming out the entire footprint. With help from Daniel Miller, an excellent carpenter, this looks amazing. Thank you Daniel for the help !!
