Customized items hand-crafted just for you...find us at www.1331Decor.com You can see a sampling of what I have available in the albums here.

My love for handmade crafts started at a very young age sitting with my Mom at the kitchen table "playing," sharing time together, and getting burned by the glue gun. I don't know how many things I have given to friends over the years, but I remember making them with care, and giving them with love. They were always a labor of love, but always brought a smile to my face when they were completed. For years, the recipients of those gifts have said, "Why don't you start a business and sell these?" Well, I decided to finally do just that...and Laura's Crafted Goods was born! If you don't see what you're looking for, or have seen something elsewhere you'd like, please let me know. I'm happy to handcraft something to your specifications! The only limit is our imagination.

🎉🎉1331 Custom Décor & Goods is a 2025 Minnesota State Fair Vendor!!!!🎉🎉
🎉
What?!?!?!? It’s true! We will be in the Grandstand on the 2nd floor.
🎉
Some of you are saying, “wait, I’ve already seen your maps at the State Fair the last two years??” And you would be correct. Our four most popular maps have been available at at the fair. (We’re so thankful that Kim included them with all the other amazing makers she supports in her booth!)
🎉
But now…now we can showcase so many more maps that we make! Plus, some new products we are working on right now.
🎉
There’s so much more to tell you, but for now I need to get back to making maps, and maps, and more maps, and then even more maps, so we have everything you want when the Minnesota State Fair starts in 31 days.
🎉
Wait…31 days!!!!!! Yikes!!!

When I started my business 8 years ago, and then left my corporate job 5 years ago to manage it full time, I had no idea it would turn into what it has - and I’m so excited, and so PROUD!!!
💛
Thank you to everyone who has, and continues to support me in this crazy journey. Whether you’ve purchased something, liked or shared a post, told a friend about my business, helped me when things got crazy, or sent me words of encouragement, you are why I get to continue to do what I love. 💛💛

A year ago I realized that I still had a companion ticket on Delta Airlines that had to be used by the end of January 2023. I suggested to my husband that maybe we should go to Arkansas over MLK weekend since he'd have an extra day off.
🌲
As you can imagine, I got a reaction of "Arkansas?!?!?" As soon as I explained that I thought someplace that would be warmer than Minnesota would be good, and that neither of us had been to Arkansas so we could knock that state off our list he came around to the idea.
🥾
About a month before we traveled to Arkansas, we had someone request an Arkansas State Parks map from us. The map was finished up and shipped right before we left. So, we decided we had to go check out a state park while were there. We went to Hobbs State Park and it was really nice - the visitor's center was really cool also.

The Arkansas State Parks Map is available for purchase on 1331Decor.com.
🌲
Tell me in the comments which state you'd like to go to to visit their state's parks?

Settling in with a hot tea at one of my favorite local establishments er for the work day.
🍵
As a small business owner, and creative, maybe one of my least favorite things to do is the "business" side of things. You know...taxes, pulling sales & expense reports, etc. But those are vital parts of ensuring a successful business.
💻
I'm really good at working IN my business (creating, making, designing), but not always ON my business (marketing, social media, reports, etc.). For 2024 I'm trying to get better with that side of things. So, I've decided that one day a month I will get away from the studio and focus ON my business.
📊
A little later this morning I'll be joined by a couple of my small business creative friends Studio527mn & with our plan to hold each other accountable to get things done, and to brainstorm, problem solve, & celebrate together.
📓
I'm looking forward to a productive day today!

Did you know that four states are home to 41% of the United States National Parks? Twenty-six of the 63 National Parks sit in those four states.
🌲
It's pretty easy to tell on this National Parks Map geographically where those states are located, but do you know which states they are? Make your guesses below. 👇
🌲
If you you enjoy traveling to the National Parks, purchase your National Parks Map so you can keep track of which ones you've been to, and plan where you want to go next!
