🏠 Another Roof Restored and Protected!

We would like to extend a special thank you to AnnaBell for trusting our team with her roof coating project!

Our goal was to restore, protect, and extend the life of the existing roofing system while providing a durable, professional finish.

For this project, our team completed a thorough roof coating process that included:

✅ Roof Repairs – Addressed areas of concern and made necessary repairs before beginning the coating process.

✅ Seam Sealing – Carefully sealed all seams and vulnerable areas to help prevent water intrusion and future leaks.

✅ Base Coat Application – Applied a protective base coat to prepare the roofing surface for the final coating system.

✅ Two Acrylic Top Coats – Finished the roof with two coats of acrylic roof coating to provide added protection against UV exposure, weather, and everyday wear.

A properly installed roof coating system can help extend the lifespan of an existing roof, improve its reflectivity, and provide an additional layer of protection against the elements.

Today, we remember and honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the families whose lives were forever changed.

We also honor the incredible bravery of the firefighters, police officers, first responders, military personnel, and countless Good Samaritans who ran toward danger when others were running away. Ordinary Americans became heroes that day—helping strangers, carrying the injured, offering shelter, donating blood, and doing whatever they could to help one another.

In one of our nation’s darkest moments, we witnessed extraordinary courage, compassion, sacrifice, and unity.

May we always remember those we lost, those who answered the call, and the way Americans stood together.

This home had an unexpected issue—bats had made their home inside the attic. To properly resolve the problem, we removed the affected roof sheathing, safely addressed the damaged area, and installed new sheathing to restore the roof’s integrity.

While we were there, our team completed a full roof tune-up, inspecting and servicing key components to help extend the life of the roof and ensure everything was performing as it should.

To finish the transformation, we gave the entire exterior a professional soft wash, safely removing dirt, algae, and organic buildup without damaging the surfaces. The result is a home that not only functions better but looks refreshed and well cared for.
