The first piece of The George is officially complete. Richmond's newest community now welcomes visitors through a grand entry, beautifully crafted streetscapes, and its very first playground — all unveiled at the grand VIP opening earlier this week.

Be sure to check out Big Texas Fest on October 10 to explore the community and see all it has to offer. This is just the beginning for The George. Stay tuned as this legendary community continues to grow.

And while there’s plenty to celebrate, can we give that Texas sunset a little credit for stealing the show? Because… wow.

They say, "Bloom where you are planted,"...but sometimes the best growth starts with a brand-new chapter! Five beautiful oaks were carefully curated from The George Foundation's grove and moved to their new home at The George. Now rooted alongside our island entry signage monumentation, these stately trees bring instant character, warmth, and a legacy that's built to last for generations. What a journey it's been! Watching these oaks settle into their new home reminds us that great places grow from great roots. And guess what? This is only the beginning. Stay tuned for more to come!
