This wasn’t just a garage door upgrade — it required a structural transformation.

We removed the center support column, installed new LVL structural beams, reframed the opening, repaired the exterior brickwork, and finished it off with one wider garage door.

The result: a clean, unobstructed opening and a completely new look. ✅

🏡 NEW HOME ADDITION | SNEAK PEEK

The last bit of flooring is going in, and this addition is really starting to come together!

With the flooring wrapping up, our attention turns to the finer details — trim, finishes, fixtures, touch-ups, and everything that gives the space its finished look. 🔨✨

We’ve shared the progress throughout this build, but this will be one of the last sneak peeks before the FINAL REVEAL. 👀

Stay tuned — we’re almost there!
