From your first email to the finishing touches, here’s how our design process works:

We start with our design packet and a few details about your home to prepare a design-fee estimate. Our design fee is $4.50 per square foot, with a minimum fee of $995 for spaces under 250 square feet. We require a minimum commitment of two rooms.

Next, we meet in person to explore your spaces, vision, and budget, adjusting the fee if the scope changes.

Once you sign up, you share your inspiration and we present Designs 1 and 2 together. You provide feedback, and we make adjustments before sending Design 3. If needed, we repeat the feedback and revision process for Design 4 to finalize your space.

After approval and your deposit, we handle ordering and schedule the first install for 4–6 weeks out. Most spaces come together over 2–3 installation days as items arrive. We also take care of damaged or incorrect items—these don’t count toward your two-return limit.
