I want to thank everybody who helped make this possible. I enjoyed building this deck for my customers Allen and Robbie. This deck started design and November of 2025 and was built in July 2026. I want to thank MJ Schultz for doing the dirt work and getting the site ready for me. I would also like to thank Jed Rappe for his help in designing and drawing the deck. I used Diamond Pier footings from Pro Decking supply out of Minneapolis Minnesota. The decking is Timber Tech decking Builders warehouse in Kearney Nebraska. The rail package was put together and bought from Buffalo Minnesota Menards. This deck was built using material from Builders Warehouse in Kearney Nebraska and Timber Tech decking applied by builders of Kearney Nebraska. The colors for this deck were Castlegate, and Coastline. The rail is a Williams black rail with a custom top rail.

Got the deck finished today but my phone was overheating so it didn't want to work. I will get some pictures tomorrow for you and a walk around video to show you what we did.

Got all the rail installed on everything but the stairs. It was 90 degrees out by 9:30am today. We got all of this done by 11:00am.

The upper deck completed

Finished the picture frame on both decks. Got all the screws and plugs on the upper deck(sorry no pictures of that phone died). Managed to get the lower deck all wrapped up, and all the skirt board installed. I will be installing the rail on the upper deck tomorrow morning.

Getting close to being done

Got a little bit done today. I had to spend sometime working on my pickup and trying to work in the shade today. The temp out side was 102, the temp on the deck in the sun was 115. That is a little bit warm. I have always tried to not install TimberTech decking in temps above 90 degrees as I don't want to have the end gaps grow when the deck boards cool down and shrink. That is why I tried to work in the shaded areas of the deck.
