Highland Hills Project:

Customers front lawn was always wet, and with lack of full sunlight it would not dry out.

So we installed a French drain for them.

Hillside ct project:

Wrapped up the pavers and sanding this afternoon, major improvement over old design.

Terrace view ct project:

We will be starting on this dock repair job this week.

Customer had a fire in dock due to wiring issues, multiple water leaks into ceiling, railing unsafely secured, waves in decking boards.

Agenda:
- remove all decking, fascia, railing, ceiling
- check for proper blocking / install
- level out all top deck joist
- install new double picture frame border
- install new trex rain guard waterproof system
- install new seamless gutters
- install new wiring / lights/ outlets
- install new vinyl ceiling

Hillside ct project:

Customer had constructed a house addition and deck, now they need to connect old paver sidewalk to new deck. They just wanted us to add new pavers to old pavers to continue - we couldn’t do that! We removed old pavers and used them as a double border and installed new down the middle. We also added a downspout extension to prevent current downspout from draining on sidewalk and causing icy area during the winter.

We will be wrapping project up this week with final pictures.

Heatherwood drive project:

- created terrace in backyard to turn a steep yard into a flat area behind house and manageable slope down to lower flat area
- install 30 ton topsoil
-remove 3 trees and stumps
- install river rock under deck and along house
- install patio extension with unilock pavers
-seed/straw

We will be beginning on the front of this house with a big retaining wall and finishing yard install.

Northern Spy Project:

- poured back driveway section that was removed during construction of the retaining wall we built.
- install drain
-broom finish
-scrubbed and broomed faces

Apple Valley Dr Project:

We will be installing the lawn on this project, we were called in to fix what another company didn’t do correctly.

-dig up culvert move uphill 8’ and dig it 10” deeper to allow contractor to pour a flat driveway.
- cut grade behind house, dirt was 3-4’ shoved against all the border trees
-cut and install drainage swales
-install temporary culvert for when new concrete driveway is poured

Crabapple project:

Lawn install we did, then we received the 4” of rain that night resulting in wash out in our drainage swales we created.

We stand behind our work and went back out and added topsoil and re seeded and strawed the areas.
