Rowdy Rooster Lawn Care

09/11/2026

We haven’t posted on here as much lately because we’ve been staying busy, which is definitely a good problem to have. Things are finally starting to slow down a little with mowing season, so we’ve been looking at a few things we can offer through the fall and winter.

One thing I’m thinking pretty hard about is leaf cleanups. I’ve been looking at investing in a leaf vacuum setup that would let us clean up leaves a whole lot quicker and do a better job than just blowing everything into a pile.

Before I spend the money on the equipment though, I’d really like to see how much interest there is around here.

We’d be looking at doing everything from blowing out flower beds and cleaning up around the house and yard, to mulching leaves or completely picking them up and hauling them off if needed.

If leaves are something you fight every year and you’d be interested in having us take care of them this fall, comment on here or shoot me a message. You’re not signing up for anything, I’m really just trying to get a feel for how many people would use the service before I go spend the money.

What a pretty view after a hard day of work!

She’s getting close to making some summer money with dad she’s just got to practice in the yard until she gets it down!

Here’s a yard I’ve been working on. When I first showed up it was overgrown, and after the first cut it was pretty patchy with some dead spots showing. I came back about 10 days later and cut it again today, and it’s already starting to fill out and look a lot better.

The stripes are there too, I just got here later in the day this time and they don’t show up as well in the shade.

Sometimes an overgrown yard doesn’t bounce back after one cut, but with a little time and some regular maintenance it can make a big difference.

It’s gonna be a bad day to be some grass tomorrow. 🌱✂️

I had to work late with pest control today, but still made time to sharpen blades and change the oil on the mowers. Me and Swayde will be ready to roll as soon as I get off work tomorrow.

Thanks to everyone keeping us busy! We still have room for a few more weekly and biweekly customers. Shoot me a message for a free estimate.

We still have room for a few more weekly and biweekly mowing customers.

We’ll be in Hughes Springs and Naples this week, so if you’re in those areas and need mowing, now is a good time to get on the schedule. If you know someone looking for lawn service, send them my way.

Thanks to everyone who continues to support and recommend us!
