One of the latest jobs to be completed. This customer needed a stand up shower with easy access to replace the tub because of mobility issues. The solution. A low entry one piece shower pan with panel walls. These walls are all 1/2 thick and not that cheap flimsy plastic shower surround material. They come in many different patterns and even tile look which this customer chose. We added a teak wood folding seat and grab bars as well as a high end shower head set up with 6 foot hand held. Looking to get a tub surround conversion? Give us a call or message us to set up an estimate. 215 868 5187

Here's a recent job just completed. The homeowner wanted to add a small stackable laundry unit and a half bath to the first floor of their home. As we all age stairs can become an issue and having laundry in the basement and a bathroom on the second floor means you are constantly going up and down the stairs. The space was small, but just big enough to fit the minimum allowable size bath and still squeeze in a stackable unit. Very careful measurements and pre planning allowed the unit to be fit in with about 1/2 inch to spare. 0 room for error on this one. A pocket door was a big help with gaining a bit more room and a great plumber to fix multiple plumbing issues on top of adding the rough ins for all the new add ons. Thanks to Nimon Plumbing LLC for fixing this customers issues and getting the new bath/laundry done.

Here’s a quickie bathroom refresh we just finished up. These are a great way to keep your bathroom but make it nicer and a bit more up to date especially when you aren’t ready to lay out the money for a complete gut and remodel. These are great to get you through a few years or to just freshen things up a bit. The tooth brush holders were removed and replaced with regular tiles and then the whole room was sprayed by a company that “re glazes” tile. We added an exhaust vent and installed a floating floor/trim/ and finished it off with paint, toilet and vanity. We do full gut remodeling and we do smaller jobs like this as well. Feel free to message or contact us through our web site. Www.visualimpactremodeling.com

We just wrapped up another bathroom remodel. This bathroom was on the smaller side. The owner wanted to add a pocket door to free up some space. It received a one piece shower pan, tiled walls and glass kit. All the plumbing was done by Nimon Plumbing LLC.

New interior doors? Yes, we install them! One of our repeat customers had several of these doors installed. Several openings had no doors and were framed out to fit these beautiful privacy doors.

Here’s a quick little railing job that was completed to freshen up an old outdated one. The former railing was just a one piece metal one. We updated it with a new one. The mix of wood and metal is always a nice look. Need remodeling work? We do kitchens, bathrooms, lvp flooring, paint, tile and so much more. Feel free to message here or directly through the web site. Owner operated one man show.
