Hey Washington County customers and friends, the power going on and off is hard on your AC unit, and could ruin your compressor.

If you are home, shut the breakers off for your AC or Heat pump at the breaker. Then wait for the power to be restored before turning on your AC. REPEAT IF YOU LOSE POWER AGAIN. Protect yourself from power surges and brown outs. This will also help the power grid too.

Was a proud Dad moment last night. My youngest daughter graduated from Dixie Tech HVAC program last night. Maryn Dutton has been working with me for almost 2 years. Growing so much and learning to be a great technician in my field that I love and still enjoy doing for the last 31 Years.

Knowing when to have your heating and cooling system serviced can be confusing. Here is what we recommend:
Systems that are 1-10 years old should be serviced every 2 years to keep them running efficiently and extend the life of the system.
You can continue with that schedule until the system is 10 years old or starts having repair issues, and then we recommend going to yearly servicing.
Systems older than 10 years should be serviced annually.
Our regular furnace or heat pump service is $99.00 (for a standard residential system).

Our fully trained and licensed technicians will thoroughly check out your system and make sure everything is working as efficiently as possible. If any repair or replacement parts are needed they will let you know, give you the price, and allow you to decide. No pressure to purchase a new system; our technicians are not paid commission on sales.
