We’re looking for 5 exceptional people to join our established construction division, with the possibility of a sixth position for the right candidate!

🔨 OUR 5 OPEN POSITIONS:

1️⃣ Working Site Supervisor / Foreman
Lead the crew, manage jobsites, track and submit employee hours, coordinate projects, maintain quality, and work alongside the team.

2️⃣ Lead Carpenter / Multi-Trade Framing Specialist
Custom framing, structural repairs, doors, windows, remodeling, and general construction.

3️⃣ Finish Carpenter / Cabinetry Specialist
Custom cabinetry, detailed trim, millwork, finish carpentry, door installations, and remodeling.

4️⃣ Multi-Trade Remodeling & Finishing Specialist
Level 4 and Level 5 drywall finishing, repairs, painting, renovations, and plumbing, HVAC, or basic electrical experience.

5️⃣ Jobsite Quality Control & Cleaning Technician
A hands-on team member responsible for keeping jobsites clean, organized, protected, safe, and customer-ready throughout every project.

This isn’t a “sit in the truck” position. We’re looking for a hands-on leader with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a skilled construction trade who takes pride in quality workmanship, develops people, and keeps projects moving safely and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in a construction trade
✔ Experience in residential & light commercial construction
✔ Ability to read plans and build takeoffs
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✔ Understands budgets, scheduling, and material management
✔ Clean driving record required
✔ Transportation available for the right candidate
