Strong week this week getting this 3 car garage foundation dug for Open Meadow Builders in Ipswich. We stripped the loam and existing asphalt and immediately located large, unstable outcroppings of ledge. No way to just drill and pin a foundation to the ledge on this one. In comes the hammer. No sweat, ready for footing forms tomorrow.
