We’re hiring: Project Designer, Commercial Fitness + Wellness

SDA Partnership is growing our portfolio of commercial fitness and wellness projects, and we’re looking for a mid- to senior-level Project Designer to join the team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can step into an active project environment and contribute across design and production, from design development through construction documentation.

What we’re looking for:
• Mid- to senior-level architectural / project design experience
• Strong commercial project experience
• Fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail or multi-site experience preferred
• Strong production and CD skills
• Experience coordinating with consultants, clients and vendors
• AutoCAD / Revit proficiency preferred

We work with national and international brands across commercial, retail, automotive, fitness and wellness environments.

For this Land Rover Knoxville project, our team sourced, ordered, and delivered every styling piece: books, vases, and bowls at the barista bar, considered furniture groupings in the lounge.

We also provided a full staging guide so each object landed exactly where it was meant to, down to the last vase. Natural materials, soft muted tones, no clutter. Just an elevated, intentional backdrop that makes the space feel finished.
