I complete residential interior and exterior projects with a focus on thoughtful design, efficient ex*****on, reputable contractors, affordable solutions, and the finishing touches I call “icing on the cake,” including furniture and furnishings.

I successfully help clients navigate large insurance-based renovation projects by reviewing the scope of work and identifying overlooked claims by using my valuable resources. In some cases, I’ve helped clients access additional substantial eligible funds.

I have a trusted network. I’ve built relationships with reputable contractors, vendors and GCs who also work on my own homes. This helps projects move forward with greater efficiency, accountability, and confidence.
I’m resourceful. My role goes far beyond choosing paint colors. I provide creative design, layouts, problem-solving, sourcing, negotiating, materials, project coordination, furniture, and furnishings—all while creating more design for less money.
I often receive 25–35% off materials and pass those savings along rather than marking them up. Some cabinetry can be 30–40% less than typical pricing.
I also believe projects should move efficiently. Why take eight months when a well-managed renovation can often be completed in 90–120 days?
