Meet Alexandrea — better known as Allie, or “Boss Lady.”👋

As our Office Manager, she supports our technicians and office staff, improves processes, and loves building relationships with customers, suppliers, and the team.

Around the office, Allie is the one who “figures it out.” If she doesn’t know the answer, give her 10 minutes — she will. For her, great customer service means going the extra mile and making sure customers feel supported during what can be a stressful situation.

A little about Allie: she grew up in Jacksonville, runs on coffee and Alani, prefers salty over sweet, and will always choose a Topsail beach day. She loves line dancing, crocheting, college football, traveling, country music, Chick-fil-A, Mission BBQ, and Christmas at Mike’s Tree Farm. You’ll usually find at least two drinks, a notepad, and a NeeDoh on her desk. 🎄🏈

Meet Alex, one of our Water Mitigation Technicians! 👋

For Alex, one of the most satisfying parts of the job is seeing the results once mitigation is complete — and watching a customer breathe a little easier after he’s taken the time to explain exactly what the process will look like.

To Alex, great customer service means listening to what the customer wants and needs, offering the right professional solution, and making sure the work is completed to the proper standards. If the customer is smiling when the team leaves, he knows the job was done right.

A little about Alex: he runs on coffee, somehow enjoys both early mornings and late nights, prefers spicy food, and will always choose a beach day. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his son, lifting, relaxing at home, and learning about World War II and military history. He’d love to be an expert in physical therapy, usually keeps gummies or another snack nearby, loves winter, and says broccoli is where he draws the line. 😂

His coworkers would describe him as someone with strong work ethic, and Alex wants customers to know that the team behind the phones is just as committed — responsible, dependable, and focused on making sure every customer is taken care of.

You really never know what you’re going to find in a drain. 😳💧

While hydro jetting a customer’s line, our Jacksonville team came across a blockage we definitely weren’t expecting — a chicken head. 🐔

We’ll spare you the actual photo, but let’s just say this one caught everyone off guard.

The good news? DeShawn handled it like a pro and got the line cleared. 💪
