When I clean gutters, I offer two different levels of service:
Basic Gutter Clearing (hand clean)

Hand Clean Gutter Service:
This service focuses on removing the larger debris such as leaves, pine needles, and dirt buildup inside the gutters. I remove the bulk of the material by hand, but some staining, dirt, and grime may remain on the inside surface of the gutter. This is a good option if you mainly need the gutters cleared so they can drain properly.

Gutter Deep Clean & Wash (wash clean)

Wash Clean Gutter Service:
This is a more detailed cleaning process. Along with removing debris, I wash and scrub the inside and outside surfaces of the gutters to remove built-up dirt, grime, and staining. This leaves the gutters looking much cleaner and improves the overall appearance of your home.

The Wash Clean service costs more because it requires additional time, equipment, and materials. I bring water, buckets, cleaning rags, and gutter-safe cleaning products to thoroughly clean the surface instead of only removing debris. It is a more hands-on service designed for homeowners who want their gutters not only functioning properly but also looking their best.
