Okay, Jasper. We have news. 🎉

Emerald Greens Cafe & Gastropub opens to the public in downtown Jasper on Tuesday, October 27!

And what a journey this has been. So many moving parts, so many long days, and so many of you cheering us on the whole way. 😅🙏

If you'd like to see the space before anyone else, our Founders Club is the way in and this is your last chance to join... the doors to the Founders Club close October 10th.

Here's what you get:
✨ A private first look before we open
✨ Founders-only events
✨ An engraved wood hexagon on our wall, inspired by the Giants Causeway and Jasper's wood capital roots
✨ A membership card, gift cards for the new downtown location, and a year of discounts on food

And a little honesty, because we're all friends here. For a restaurant, the hardest part of opening isn't always profit. It's cash flow. Building the space, buying equipment, and hiring a team all happen before the first guest sits down. Your support right now helps us open the doors strong, and it means more than we can say. 💚

Thank you for being part of this. We can't wait to welcome you to our new home.

Thank you to the veterans who stood up when others stood back, who left home so we could have one, who carried the weight of duty, sacrifice, and courage so we could live in safety and freedom.

To all who have served: We see you, we honor you, and we thank you.

Happy Veterans Day.
