✨ NEW & UPDATED BAKERY POLICIES ✨

As Oahu Bakes & Brew continues to grow, we’ve updated our bakery policies to make ordering clearer and help everything run more smoothly for both our customers and our team.

These policies cover booking, deposits, payments, order changes, cancellations, pickup, delivery, cake care, custom designs and more.

Please swipe through and read the full carousel before placing your order. A few important reminders:

🤎 Custom orders require at least two weeks’ notice
🤎 Rush orders are based on availability
🤎 Your date is not reserved until your deposit is received
🤎 Final payment and changes are due 72 hours before your order date
🤎 Inspiration photos are used as a guide and will not be copied exactly
🤎 Proper transportation and storage are important after pickup

Every order takes time, planning, supplies and a lot of care behind the scenes. These updates allow us to stay organized, communicate clearly and give each order the attention it deserves.

By placing an order and submitting your deposit, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted our bakery policies.

Thank you for supporting our small, woman-owned and veteran-owned business. We truly appreciate everyone who continues to trust us with your special celebrations! 🤎
