When Experience Matters! Rollin Hellner and
Hellner Development Company LLC asked if we could replicate over 800 linear feet of this historic baseboard for The Walsh Hotel & Tap Room : Restaurant & Bar in Medina, NY, and we had just the solution: tooling in stock to create a close match without having to add the time and cost of grinding custom knives.

Orleans Millworks has thousands of profile cutters for historic mouldings all across Western New York and beyond.

This job is a perfect example of the depth of our tooling collection. Is it a “perfect” match? One could argue it’s not. But it was undeniably very close and saved the customer additional cost for knife grinding and longer lead time.

Our vast inventory of premium kiln dried hardwoods allowed us to turn this job around ahead of a tight deadline!
