So I’m at the service call right?
Customer stated water dripping outside emergency drain line. I inspect the equipment remove a float switch. I have water coming out so I’m concentrating on clearing the primary drain. So I clear the drain and then I see that someone stuck a zip tie on the float switch, preventing it from activating.
Luckily, the customer caught this in time. If not, their whole ceiling would have collapsed due to moisture damage.
You have to watch who you hire.
Reasons like this is why people like the hire me because I do top notch quality job at an affordable price.
And if the person who did this see this, I just want to let you know I’ve met dead, flashlight batteries with a higher IQ. Just saying.
