✨ CUSTOM HOME. CUSTOM STORAGE. ✨

When you’re building a custom home, why stop at the kitchen, flooring and finishes? Your closets and pantry deserve the same attention to detail. 🏡

We loved creating these custom storage spaces for this beautiful home by Realistic Builders. 🤝

👗 THE PRIMARY CLOSET
Clean, bright and thoughtfully designed with floor-to-ceiling adjustable shelving, plenty of hanging space and dedicated shoe storage. And we love the addition of the wall hooks and full-length mirror—small details that make the space even more functional. ✨

🤍 THE PANTRY
This one is definitely worth a closer look! 😍 A combination of open shelving, wraparound upper storage and a generous countertop creates a space that’s as beautiful as it is practical. There’s room for everything from everyday pantry staples and small appliances to serving pieces and entertaining essentials. 🍽️

What makes custom storage different? It’s designed around the home—and the way the homeowner will actually use it. 📐

No wasted space. No one-size-fits-all solution. Just smart, intentional design that makes everyday living a little easier. ✨

🏠 Building a custom home? Bring Lakeview Closets into the process early and let us help turn your closets, pantry and storage spaces into features you’ll love just as much as the rest of your home.

🏡✨ Parade of Homes | Bear Builders – Kingston Model ✨🏡

We’re excited to share another Parade of Homes project! 🎉

Lakeview Closets partnered with Bear Builders on their beautiful Kingston model, providing storage solutions throughout the home—including this spacious primary walk-in closet. 👗👔

✨ The primary closet was upgraded from traditional wire shelving to a custom wood system designed to make much better use of the space.

👚 Multiple levels of hanging
👠 An entire wall of shoe storage
🧺 Adjustable shelving
📐 A layout designed to maximize every inch
🤍 A clean, finished look that complements the home

One of the things we love about working with builders is giving homeowners the opportunity to choose where they want to upgrade. Even when wire shelving is standard throughout the home, your primary closet can become a space that’s more functional, organized and personalized. 🏠✨

📍 If you’re touring the Kenosha/Racine Parade of Homes, be sure to visit the Kingston by Bear Builders—and don’t forget to check out the primary closet!
