Great conversation with the Lowe’s team at Store #2612! 🔵

Alongside our Field Provider Manager, we were focused on the hard surface training initiative, with an emphasis on making the sale more about the customer.

We talked about moving beyond price alone and taking the time to understand the customer’s home, priorities, expectations, and project needs. From there, it’s about comparing the right products, clearly explaining the differences, and helping the customer feel confident in their decision.

Lots of great input and thoughtful questions from the team as we continue improving the customer experience and increasing sales together! 💪🏠
