Keeping a waterfront commercial property looking its best takes more than a quick coat of paint. 🎨

REAL Watersports in Hatteras, Kitty Hawk Painting completed a commercial exterior painting and maintenance project focused on some of the property’s most exposed areas. The work included repainting the lower exterior band, addressing worn coatings and rusted fasteners, refinishing designated surfaces, and inspecting harder-to-reach areas along the water.

With constant exposure to salt air, wind, sun, moisture, and daily traffic, commercial properties on the Outer Banks need ongoing maintenance to help keep exterior surfaces in good condition.
