An old bicycle wheel without the tire, evergreen branches, battery powered warm white fairy lights, Christmas ornaments in different sizes, transparent fishing line, three sturdy hanging chains, a large decorative bow, scissors, cable ties, and a properly secured ceiling hook.
How to Make It
š 1. Prepare the wheel. Clean an old bicycle wheel and paint it if desired. Secure three hanging chains evenly around the rim to keep it balanced.
šæ 2. Decorate the rim. Wrap evergreen branches around the wheel, securing them with cable ties. Weave warm white fairy lights through the greenery.
