Frank appreciation post. I’ve built for a lot of people. I’ve already bragged about his wife and Whitney’s design assistant, Terri, but this is a special room for the absolute best dude. It has such a cool Murphy bed and will eventually house his guitar collection (post Parade). You may have met him at the first weekend of the Parade or you may know him as Madison Clevenstine ‘s dad, but he’s one of the best guys that I’ve met. Don’t forget to join us today, tomorrow, and Sunday from Noon-5:00 PM to tour our 2026 Parade of Homes house located at 6609 Holt Ln, Knoxville, TN 37919. You really won’t want to miss it!

The original inspiration started for our 2026 Parade of Homes cottage as the quaint English cottage from the movie, The Holiday. This home blends the homey elements of the original English cottage with some American Colonial elements to create something that is uniquely suited for the Scialdone’s. We loved working and collaborating with this whole family on this special home. Come tour this home during the 2026 hbaknox Parade of Homes. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only: October 9–11, October 16–18, and October 23–25 (noon to 5 pm each day).
