We had a repeat customer contact us to come finish a conversion of a 3 car garage/ pool house loft into a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath . We finished up the interior framing (including removing the garage doors and frame in a wall with windows ) and insulation. We had our Sheetrock contractor come in and hang and finish the drywall then we did all the painting. We installed all of the LVP flooring, pre- hung doors ,trim and then painted. We installed the tile in the laundry room . We also built custom barn door type doors for the attic access. We had our plumbing contractor come in and finish out the plumbing. We still have to go back and install siding on the outside where the garage doors were and install custom railings for the steps ( we also had our master carpenter come in and rebuild the stringers for the steps) and we painted and stained the treads and risers .
So glad we had the opportunity to get this project done for our client and will post more pictures of the siding and stair railings when completed.
