Throwback to one of my favorites. ✨

My client chose Oxyd Jewel in a large-format 24x48 polished porcelain, carried floor-to-ceiling on the fireplace surround and across the floating hearth. The soft veining flows with barely a grout line to break it up, and the polished finish picks up the light so well.

3 reasons I'm a big believer in stair runners:

1. Safety — better traction for kids, pets, and guests.
2. Comfort — soft and warm underfoot, and they quiet every step.
3. Style — nothing makes an entry feel custom and finished faster.

We just completed this one in the Knoxville area: Stanton's Shangri-La in Sand, which I helped my client select, had fabricated to fit these stairs exactly, and finished with brass stair rod accents.

If your stairs could use an update before the holidays, I'd love to help. Call me at 865-300-2746 or message me here!

There’s something so cozy about houndstooth! 🤗 Especially the new houndstooth patterned wool carpet from the The 1866 Collection by Masland! Did you know we can make custom area rugs from any of our carpets? Fall is a great time to update your area rugs in time for the holidays! 🍁 🎃 🦃 🍃
