Adam joined Palram in December 2025 and serves as Distribution Center Manager. He leads the distribution center and transportation operations, streamlining workflows across shipping, receiving, replenishment, inventory control, and order fulfillment, including e-commerce orders. By optimizing labor utilization and eliminating redundant processes, he improves efficiency while prioritizing safety, inventory accuracy, and reliable service.

When asked about his favorite part of working at Palram, he shared, “I genuinely enjoy and appreciate the engaging special events Palram plans for associates. The company thoughtfully organizes these events to show appreciation and help create a positive, rewarding work environment.”

Our team was proud to connect with architects, designers, and healthcare professionals at HCD Healthcare Design Expo & Conference this year in New Orleans.

The event gave us the opportunity to hear firsthand about the priorities shaping today’s healthcare environments, exchange ideas, and discuss how thoughtful material choices can support hygienic, durable interior spaces. We also enjoyed sharing our PALCLAD Pro HYG wall cladding system and exploring its potential across a range of healthcare applications.

On October 5, our executive team spent a memorable team-building day in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.

Our own Mike Howser guided us through the battlefield, walking us through the Battle of Gettysburg, fought July 1–3, 1863. We also climbed the Cupola at the Seminary Ridge Museum and visited the Gettysburg National Military Park Museum and Visitor Center, where we experienced the Cyclorama. Mike’s stories and insights helped bring the history and the people who lived it into focus.

We enjoyed lunch at Sweney’s Tavern inside the historic Farnsworth House Inn, one of Gettysburg's oldest operating restaurants, and stopped at a covered bridge known for its ghost stories. It was a day of learning, conversation, and time together. Thank you, Mike, for making it such an engaging experience!

Yohay Maymon joined Palram in October 2025 and serves as Director of Manufacturing & Logistics. In this role, he oversees manufacturing and logistics operations, keeping daily processes moving efficiently.

When asked about his favorite part of working at Palram, he shared, “I enjoy the fast-paced environment. Things can shift from zero to one hundred quickly, and there are always new challenges and moving parts to manage. I also appreciate the hands-on involvement from leadership and the dedication from all our team members.”

Last week, teams across several departments came together at Palram Americas’ Kutztown location for AI Training!

With support from colleagues visiting from our Israel HQ, employees took part in hands-on training, collaborative team exercises, and an AI app competition that helped unleash heaps of creativity.

A big thank-you to team members from Israel for organizing the week and sharing their expertise with us.
